The Game Awards 2019 – najboljša igra leta je …

Letošnji “igričarski oskarji” so za nami in minili so v velikem slogu. Prireditev je že šestič zapored povezoval njen idejni oče Geoff Keighley, ki je znova poskrbel za kopico presenečenj in znanih obrazov. Med drugim smo izvedeli, da prihajajoča konzola Xbox nosi ime Xbox Series X, Hellblade dobiva nadaljevanje, PlayStation 5 pa ekskluzivno “looter” sekljačino Godfall. Na oder prireditve so stopili: Chvrches, Green Day, Grimes, Jonathan Nolan, Michelle Rodriguez, Norman Reedus, Stephen Curry, Vin Diesel ter številni drugi zvezdniki iz sveta iger, filma, glasbe, športa in zabave. Med povabljenci pa seveda ni manjkal niti Elon Musk.

Kipec za najboljšo igro leta je šel v roke japonskim razvijalcem FromSoftware za Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, ki smo ga pohvalili tudi v naši recenziji, največ nagrad pa je odnesla neodvisna RPG-jevka Disco Elysium.
