Xiaomi introduced a new hub for the home

Smart technology, which starts (literally) at the door of our home, ensures greater safety and more comfort - both when we are at home and when we are not. Cameras, screens, smart intercoms and locks are just some of the more useful smart devices that we can think of on the doorstep of an apartment or house.

Therefore, it is not surprising that the company Xiaomi has prepared an advanced smart speaker Smart Home Screen Mini for smart homes. The novelty is equipped with the smart digital assistant Xiaomi Xiao AI and, as expected, is based on the Xiaomi HyperOS mobile operating system. Bluetooth 5.1 and 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi are available for connecting to external devices, and USB-C is available for power.

The smart speaker Xiaomi Smart Home Screen Mini measures only 113 x 78 x 54 millimeters, which means that it is comparable to the smart speaker Amazon Echo Show 5. Unfortunately, the novelty is currently only available on the Chinese market, but fortunately it is very cheap. Its retail price is set at a mere 32 euros. Unfortunately, there is currently no information on when the new product (if at all) will go on sale in the European market.
