The portable game console market will get a new player
The market for portable gaming consoles is becoming increasingly diverse. More and more leading manufacturers are choosing to prepare their own version of the gaming console. Some time ago, Lenovo also tried to enter the world of game consoles with the Legion Play device, but in the end they changed their minds. The Lenovo Legion Play gaming console was based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 mobile processor, which easily copes with even the most demanding tasks. The highlight was the screen with a 17.8-centimeter or 7-inch diagonal and a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. Among other things, the screen even offered support for the HDR10 standard.
If the latest rumors are to be believed, the Lenovo company has not thrown the gun into the corn yet, as it is said to be preparing the first portable gaming console for the most demanding. This will be the Lenovo Legion Go gaming console, which is said to be bursting with performance. The novelty is said to be based on the AMD Ryzen Z1 processor, which will cope with even the most demanding tasks without major problems. The highlight will be the screen with an 8-inch diagonal and a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels.
As everything seems, the Lenovo Legion Go portable gaming console will also allow the storage space to be upgraded, namely through Solid State drives of the M.2 2230 and M.2 2242 types. The novelty will, of course, offer all the buttons and accessories offered by modern portable gaming consoles consoles. It is currently unknown when the Lenovo Legion Go game console will be available for free sale and how much it will cost. But this will be known before the end of autumn.
