Google Pixel 7a with an unusual opening in the screen

Google Pixel 7a with an unusual opening in the screen

The much-anticipated Pixel 7a smartphone was officially unveiled at this year's Google I/O 2023 conference. Google's latest phone is expected to be based on Google's own Tensor G2 processor, which should easily handle all the loads that users will throw at it. In the configuration, we find another eight gigabytes of system memory and 128 gigabytes of data storage space. The OLED screen with a 6.1-inch or 15.5-centimeter diagonal and a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 hertz is in charge of displaying images.

As expected, the new Google Pixel 7a was also scrutinized by well-known YouTube creator Zack on his JerryRigEverything channel. As always, he took the phone apart in front of the public and checked the condition of the components and the quality of the manufacturing itself. Surprisingly, when the phone fell, the screen stood out, which hides a web camera inside with an unusual rectangular opening.

It is currently unknown why Google would use a screen with an unusual semi-transparent opening. Let's just hope that this email will be misused for the purpose of illegally obtaining information about phone users.
