Wireless Wi-Fi 7 router for gamers

The current high-speed Wi-Fi 6E wireless connection promises end-users fast data transfer without interference, as today only rare connections use the six gigahertz frequency range. After the Wi-Fi 6E wireless connection, many companies are now developing solutions for the latest Wi-Fi 7 wireless technology at an accelerated pace. And Asus has gone one step further. Namely, this has prepared a dedicated wireless router for computer game lovers.

The Asus RT-BE88U wireless router provides as much as 2.4 times faster data transfer compared to most of the competition, i.e. transfer speeds of up to more than 7,200 megabits per second. In the frequency range of 2.4 gigahertz, data transfer amounts to 1,376 megabits per second, and in the frequency range of five gigahertz, 5,766 megabits per second. This will be more than enough for modern computer games as well as for virtual and augmented reality and videos up to 8K resolution.

The powerful router Asus RT-BE88U also enables wired data transfer at a speed of up to 10 gigabits per second. There is even a USB 3.2 Gen 1 data interface for connecting external data media. Two gigabytes of system memory give the finishing touch. The novelty will soon go on sale in the Chinese market, but unfortunately the retail price of the novelty has not yet been revealed.
