Package delivery robots are no longer a dream, but a reality. Some time ago, they also impressed the world's largest retailer, the company Amazon, which started testing such robots for delivering packages to end users. The package delivery robots were given the Scout label and ensured that the ordered package was delivered directly to the customer's door. Vayu Robotics has also recently entered this field with a delivery robot called Vayu One.

The Vayu One autonomous vehicle is the first to be approved for use on local US roads. These are completely autonomous electric vehicles for fast and reliable food delivery. The vehicles are equipped with 360-degree cameras and an advanced navigation system. These can transport cargo weighing up to 45 kilograms at a speed of up to 16 kilometers per hour. Restrictions have been put in place for safety.

Vayu One's autonomous delivery vehicles use advanced artificial intelligence to travel. They use passive sensors instead of LIDAR sensors. The novelty is currently in the testing phase. If it works in practice, autonomous delivery robots will surely become a constant in our lives.
