Tesla postpones delivery of Cybertruck due to wiper

A number of drivers of the latest Cybertruck have come forward to report ongoing issues with wiper operation. Due to the aforementioned problems, Tesla was forced to recall Cybetruck vehicles, and now owners are receiving notices that the acceptance of repaired and new vehicles will be postponed. The most obvious reason is still the wiper, which apparently causes quite a few headaches for the electric giant.

A user on the Cybertruck Owners Club forum says that he was told by Tesla that the reason for the car's delivery delay was a malfunctioning wiper motor, while another was told that there was some other fault with the wiper.

Users were at least informed about the problems, although this did not soften the bitter taste of the owners, who of course would like to enjoy their purchase.

The company informed the disgruntled owners that it would take several weeks before they could sort out the matter. One of the users waited two weeks for a replacement part on the wiper. Tesla reports that the wiper motors are failing "due to an internal fault stemming from a material quality issue with external suppliers."

Tesla recently disbanded its PR department, making it a rare company that doesn't directly communicate with the media, although at this point, that department could help mitigate the damage.

It should be recalled that the Cybertruck cars were recalled back in April due to problems with the gas pedal.
