Samsung Galaxy M55 finally available on European soil
We finally got it! The company Samsung has officially started selling the long-awaited Galaxy M55 5G smartphone on European soil. The novelty is undoubtedly much more powerful and interesting to buy compared to the Galaxy M55 model, even for a slightly more demanding model. Its entry retail price on the Portuguese market is set at a calculated 498.35 euros. The new product will soon be available for purchase in other European markets.
The new Galaxy M55 5G has a 6.7-inch or 17-inch Super AMOLED+ screen with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 frames per second. Its highlight is the relatively powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 mobile processor in conjunction with eight gigabytes of system memory. 256 gigabytes of system memory is available for data storage, which can be expanded using a memory card.
Great care was also taken here for taking photos and conducting video conferences. Samsung engineers equipped the Galaxy M55 5G smartphone with a main camera with a resolution of 50 million points, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP camera (macro). The main camera has up to 10x digital zoom. The front camera for selfies has a resolution of 50 million pixels. So it is also suitable for online conferences.
Other features of the Samsung Galaxy M55 5G phone include GPS, 5G, dual SIM card slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, USB Type-C port and 3.5mm headphone jack. The interesting Galaxy M55 5G is also powered by a battery with a capacity of 5,000 milliampere hours, which is compatible with "fast" charging of 45 watts of electricity. The fingerprint reader is built into the power button. The interesting Galaxy M55 5G can be purchased in two colors: black and blue. Android 14 with the graphical interface One UI 6.1 definitely adds a finishing touch.
As already mentioned, the new Samsung Galaxy M55 5G is not exactly cheap. The entry-level version with eight gigabytes of system memory and 128 gigabytes of built-in space is priced at 498.35 euros. The more powerful version equipped with eight gigabytes of system memory and 256 gigabytes of built-in space is valued at 548.35 euros.
