New Mario game for Nintendo Switch
Given the popularity of the character and how important he is to the popularity of the Nintendo Switch console, you'd expect to see a new game featuring the Italian plumber almost every year. There is no lack of Mario games, but there is a lack of games where we oppose challenges together with his brother Lugii.
After quite a few dry years, we will get a new Mario & Luigi game this November.
At the Nintendo Direct event, we got a preview of the new game Mario & Luigi: Brotherhood. That being said, the last game featuring the brothers was 2018's Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, which is a remake of an even older game from 2009.
In the game Mario & Luigi: Brotherhood, we will take over a ship and use it to explore a whole new world with many islands. Our goal is to return to the Mushroom Kingdom. On the way, we will have to join the forces of both brothers if we want to overcome all obstacles and villains.
Mario's popularity never waned. Recently, its popularity has only grown. In May we got the remake of Paper Mario, in November the game Super Mario RPG, in February the remake of Mario vs. Donkey Kong, then Super Mario Bros. Wonder and we would find something else. We must not forget the film, which earned more than a billion euros, and a sequel is already being prepared, which will be ready in two years.
Mario & Luigi: Brotherhood is coming on November 7th, which isn't that far away.
