Even more extra memory for the new Xiaomi HyperOS 2.0
Some time ago, the company Xiaomi prepared a new operating system of its own, HyperOS. The novelty was well received, as it is focused on hyper performance, smooth operation and connectivity. Additionally, users can enjoy a redesigned control panel, notification panel, and shortcuts. Also, the security section of the settings will see some changes.
Since the new HyperOS is very popular among users, we will soon see the second version of the innovation. The new HyperOS 2.0 will bring quite a few new options. Among other things, they will also slightly upgrade the possibility of virtual expansion of the system memory. Initially, there was talk about the possibility of virtual expansion of the system memory, namely up to six gigabytes. But as everything seems, there will be two additional options available to users, namely 12 gigabytes and 16 gigabytes.
The virtual RAM expansion feature has otherwise been around for a while and is relatively useful in most cases. It's on by default on all newer phones, but it's rarely actually active. If your phone has 8GB of RAM, that's more than enough unless you're really messing with it. We would even recommend that you turn off the virtual extension, as it puts unnecessary strain on the drive. Nevertheless, it is still positive if the phone offers the option of memory expansion.
The new HyperOS 2.0 will initially be available for high-end Xiaomi smartphones. Soon after that, even newer Xiaomi mobile phones will be available. Expectations should be extraordinary, as the novelty should bring greater responsiveness and more pleasant use of the mobile phone. At the same time, it should contribute to even more responsive playing of mobile games, which are becoming more and more demanding.
