How durable is the first phone with three screens?

How durable is the first phone with three screens?

Some time ago we reported that Huawei engineers were the first to design a highly innovative foldable phone. The new foldable screen folds into three parts, which is supposed to make working on the device even easier. This is actually a device that overlaps in two places. Part of the screen is always available to the user and can be used in different positions, which will of course facilitate the use of the device as a tablet or laptop.

The Huawei Mate XT smartphone has a 10-inch or 25.4-centimeter screen. For capturing photos and videos, image sensors with a resolution of 48 million and 40 million pixels are available. The new Huawei Mate XT comes in two variants, but it's not cheap. The entry-level version is priced at a recalculated 2,595.28 euros.

However, since the smartphone is one of the most "abused" electronic devices in the world, addict Zack Nelson, with the pseudonym "JerryRigEverything", decided to test the durability of the interesting Huawei Mate XT smartphone. Unfortunately, the novelty did not prove to be durable, which is expected given the "type" of the smartphone.

In the bendability test, the Huawei Mate XT smartphone failed. completely destroyed. This one is not equipped with a protection system, as found in the competing smartphone Samsung Galaxy Z Fold. In the case of the latter, the mechanism "locks" when bent excessively, which protects the smartphone from complete destruction. This is practically impossible to achieve with the Huawei Mate XT smartphone.
