A compact computer with an incredible processor
AMD has recently introduced a new and very interesting processor, the Ryzen AI Max+ 395 “Strix Halo”. This is a very powerful processor that boasts an integrated Radeon 8060S graphics solution. The new processor will be available for both desktop and laptop computers and, as it turns out, will easily handle even the most demanding tasks, including demanding computer games.
The AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 “Strix Halo” processor has 16 physical and 32 virtual processor cores. The default frequency is 3 gigahertz, and the maximum is 5.1 gigahertz. The integrated Radeon 8060S graphics card is based on the RDNA 3.5 architecture. Since it calculates data at a frequency of 2,900 megahertz, it will easily cope with even the most demanding tasks. This is not surprising, since it can even compete with the mobile version of the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card.
It is therefore not surprising that the new AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 “Strix Halo” processor has also been chosen by Sixunited. It has equipped a compact desktop computer with the sales code AXB35-02 with it. Since the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 “Strix Halo” processor generates a lot of heat (120 watts) during operation, a powerful yet quiet cooling system is required for cooling.
The new Sixunited AXB35-02 also boasts 128 gigabytes of LPDDR5X-8000 system memory. All of this is packed into a case with a volume of just four liters. The novelty will be brought to store shelves in May this year. Unfortunately, the retail price of the novelty has not yet been disclosed.
