ChatGPT Enterprise for business environments
OpenAI introduces ChatGPT Enterprise, which offers enterprise-level security and privacy, unlimited access to the faster GPT-4 model, expanded content windows to handle longer entries, additional data analysis capabilities, flexibility, and more.
According to OpenAI, artificial intelligence can improve all areas of professional life and promote greater creativity and productivity among teams. This represents a significant advance in creating an AI assistant for the workplace that can assist in any activity, is tailored to the business and secures data.
ChatGPT Enterprise offers a brand new management portal with tools to control how employees use ChatGPT within the enterprise. This includes integrations for domain verification, single sign-on, and a dashboard with usage statistics. Employees can use ChatGPT to build internal workflows, and companies can optionally fully customize ChatGPT-based solutions using credits on the OpenAI API platform.
In addition, it includes unlimited access to advanced data analysis, which was originally known as Code Interpreter. With this feature, ChatGPT can analyze data, create charts, solve math problems and more.
Both ChatGPT Plus and ChatGPT Enterprise are powered by GPT-4, OpenAI's flagship AI model. ChatGPT Enterprise customers have priority access to GPT-4, which offers twice the performance of standard GPT-4 with an expanded content window of 32,000 tokens (approximately 25,000 words).
The introduction of ChatGPT Enterprise comes at a time of intense competition in the chat space, where companies such as OpenAI, Microsoft, Google and Anthropic are fighting for dominance in the hottest market right now. These companies are competing not only to introduce new chat applications, but also to introduce innovative features that encourage the wider use of generative AI in everyday use.
Google and Microsoft are constantly updating their Bard and Bing chats with new features such as image search. Recently, Anthropic, founded by former OpenAI executives, entered the market with its AI chatbot Claude 2.
