Bad news for Windows 10 users
The Windows 11 operating system impressed even the most demanding users without any major problems. It brings a renewed design, and the sounds are modern, fresh and clean, which gives a feeling of lightness and calmness. At the same time, the new version of the operating system puts the user and his content at the center. Therefore, it is not surprising that the Windows 11 operating system is currently used by around 23 percent of users.
Although Windows 11 is gaining popularity, more than 71 percent of users still swear by the previous Windows 10 operating system. Therefore, it is not surprising that Microsoft wants to get rid of it as soon as possible. This is what Microsoft tried to achieve some time ago by dropping support for the Windows 10 operating system with the 21H1 fix pack. Users of such operating systems have not received monthly updates for a long time. Support for it actually officially ended on December 13th of this year.
However, support for the Windows 10 operating system with the 21H2 fix pack also ended recently. Support for it ended on June 13 this year. This consequently means that users will no longer receive security updates from June 13 this year. This will of course make them much more vulnerable to online attacks and malicious software codes. Microsoft therefore naturally asks users to update their operating system. Of course, the company also encourages users to switch to the much more modern Windows 11.
