This machine is a true star when it comes to speed, as its engraving speed reaches up to 24000 mm/min, which is twice as fast as similar models. This exceptional speed enables both manufacturing industries and individual users to improve work efficiency and reduce production time.
The A5 V2 boasts high precision provided by a new 50mm long light source, leading to exceptional cutting ability. This accuracy is further enhanced with a new focus adjustment device that allows for precise adjustments. In addition, these focusing units can handle materials of various thicknesses.
The innovative double focus compression technology allows the ultra-fine laser focus area to be reduced to 0.05*0.05mm. This dense laser can easily cut 10mm balsa wood, 10mm paulownia, 5mm basswood plywood and 12mm thick black acrylic; it can directly engrave on stainless steel, ceramics, glass and more, with the engraving and cutting speed for the 40% being higher than non-focus compression models.
Atomstack Maker A5 V2 also stands out with excellent 6W engraving and cutting ability, suitable for processing various materials such as wood, bamboo, cardboard, plastic, leather, PCB boards, aluminum oxide, non-metallized and painted metals, 304 stainless steel, glass, ceramics, cotton fabric, salt and more.
The machine has a stable and comprehensive structure, which uses a new design of linear sliding track and chain, which improves the structural accuracy and optimizes the wiring arrangement. This increases the accuracy and stability of the machine and reduces noise and vibration. The A5 V2 uses an integral screw instead of a combined shaft joint, providing more accurate laser movement and longer joint life.
The machine is compatible with various mature engraving programs such as LaserGRBL and LightBurn, supports Windows XP, 7, 8, 10 and also MacOS (LightBurn), and the engraving file formats include NC, BMP, JPG, PNG, DXF, etc.
Safety is ensured by a panoramic filtering protective cover that filters 97 % of ultraviolet light, allowing laser observation without the need for protective glasses. This reduces the cost and inconvenience of wearing safety glasses.
