Android smartphone with e-ink display
We can blame it on the digital age or the time of quarantine due to covid, but the way we read has changed. We are increasingly consuming books digitally, with some of us using e-readers instead of buying printed books. This change in behavior could be considered better for the planet - after all, it's by not destroying any trees.
If you're not too keen on e-books, Hisense has a great product for you. It's the Hisense A9 smartphone. The new device is equipped with a 6.1-inch electronic display with a resolution of 300 pixels per inch. This means it's perfect for reading e-books on the go, but it can also be used as a phone.
The Hisense A9 smartphone is equipped with relatively powerful hardware. It includes a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662, eight gigabytes of system memory and 256 gigabytes of storage space. The built-in 4,000 mAh battery ensures multi-day operation, as the e-ink screen consumes very little power.
Unfortunately, the Hisense A9 smartphone runs on the somewhat outdated Android 11 mobile operating system. In addition, the novelty will not be cheap. It will soon be sold on the Chinese market, for a whopping 409 euros. Unfortunately, it is currently unknown whether the novelty will also be available in other markets around the world.
