Therefore, it is not surprising that more and more primary and secondary schools are actively tackling the problem of electronic cigarettes. The American school Tyler High School from the American state of Texas went one step further. It has installed special sensors in all toilets that detect the use of electronic cigarettes. In addition, a camera is placed at the entrance to the toilet, which catches the "offender" when he finishes smoking.

The punishments for high school students are anything but mild. They can also be expelled from school for using an electronic cigarette. In addition, they can be fined in the amount of 92 euros. However, if the electronic cigarette is used to smoke prohibited substances, the student can also be arrested. For each report of smoking, students can receive a reward of up to 46 euros calculated.

There are several reasons why teenagers reach for electronic cigarettes. The main one, of course, is that electronic cigarettes are readily available.
