The AMD Ryzen 8040HX mobile processor will actually replace the Ryzen 7045HX model. It has 16 powerful Zen 4 processor cores. The amount of cache is 80 megabytes, and at full load the novelty consumes from 55 to 75 watts.

The new AMD Ryzen 8040HX uses the integrated AMD Radeon 610M graphics card for computing. This is powerful enough to run computer games.
