Competition in the field of graphics cards always serves up a lot of tension and excitement among users. With Intel also joining the race with Intel Arc graphics cards, it is understandable that both AMD and Nvidia are accelerating the development of their solutions. Nvidia launched the GeForce RTX 4000 family of cards, while AMD launched the Radeon RX 7000 family of graphics cards.

As it seems, AMD's Radeon RX 7000 family of graphics cards will soon be joined by two new ones. ASRock has confirmed that they will soon offer the RX 7700 XT and RX 7800 XT graphics cards for sale. Both newcomers are intended for the most demanding fans of modern computer games.

The Radeon RX 7700 XT graphics card will be available with 12 gigabytes of graphics memory, and the more powerful Radeon RX 7800 XT with 16 gigabytes of memory. It will be a fast graphics memory GDDR6 with a speed of 18 gigabits per second. Both graphics cards will of course be based on the advanced AMD RDNA 3 graphics core. The RX 7700 XT model will have 3,078 graphics cores, while the RX 7800 XT model will have as many as 3,840 graphics cores.

The official presentation of the new AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT and Radeon RX 7800 XT graphics cards is scheduled for the end of August. Since the Radeon RX 7800 XT will be comparable in performance to the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card, we will most likely pay between 460 and 560 euros for it. The Radeon RX 7700 XT model will be comparable to the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 graphics card. Therefore, we will probably pay somewhere between 320 and 420 euros for it.
