AMD introduced the Radeon RX 7600

The Nvidia company recently officially announced the arrival of the GeForce RTX 4060 family of graphics cards. It has a graphics core labeled AD107, which has 3,072 CUDA cores available for calculating graphic content. The smaller number of cores (at least compared to other models) equals lower energy consumption, which stops at 115 watts on the meter. Eight gigabytes of fast GDDR6 graphics memory are available for intermediate data storage.

AMD could not afford not to deliver its competitor in this price range. Soon Nvidia announced the arrival of the Radeon RX 7600 graphics card. This should be a direct competitor to the GeForce RTX 4060 graphics card. Its retail price should be around 300 euros.

The AMD Radeon RX 7600 graphics card is based on the RDNA3 graphics core made using 6-nanometer technology. It uses 2,048 processor units to calculate data and has eight gigabytes of GDDR6 graphics memory. At full load, it consumes up to a maximum of 165 watts.

The card is designed for 1080p gaming, similar to its predecessor the RX 6600. As befits a newer generation card, performance is about 20 % better. If we compare it with last year's GeForce RTX 3060, it is more powerful by more than 30 %. The RX 7600 graphics card should be seen on the shelves for the first time in the summer.
