What can we expect from the new Lenovo Legion Go console?

The market for portable gaming consoles is becoming increasingly diverse. More and more leading manufacturers are choosing to prepare their own version of the gaming console. Among them, of course, is the company Lenovo, namely with the extremely interesting portable gaming console Legion Go. Its retail price on the European market is 799.99 euros.

Fortunately, the Lenovo Legion Go gaming console will not let us down. The novelty is based on the AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor, which will easily cope with the most demanding tasks. The highlight is the screen with an 8.8-inch or 22.4-centimeter diagonal. This one offers a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels and an aspect ratio of 16 to 10. The brightness is as much as 500 ANSI lumens. The frequency of drawing images was 144 frames per second. But it seems that another version of the novelty will soon be available.

Rumors have appeared online that Lenovo will soon offer a smaller, and therefore cheaper, version of the Legion Go portable gaming console for sale. The smaller version is said to be equipped with a 7-inch or 8-inch diagonal instead of the current 8.8-inch diagonal. But this will not be the only innovation. The novelty should also bring a double fan and a dedicated HDMI video output.

The rest of the new hardware is said to include 16 gigabytes of LPDDR5X system memory and from 512 gigabytes to one terabyte of data storage space. The Lenovo Legion Go portable gaming console will have a long autonomy of operation with a 49.2 Wh battery with 65 watt fast charging technology. More will be known soon.
