Don't forget to update your Windows 11
In October 2021, Microsoft announced the final version of the Windows 11 operating system, which impressed even the most demanding users. The new version of the operating system brought a renewed design and put the user and his content in the center. However, the transition to Windows 11 was much slower than with Windows 10, as Microsoft did not want to take excessive risks with the newcomer and it was not immediately available to all users.
Fortunately, the novelty became immediately popular, and the Windows 11 21H2 update package helped a lot. This brought quite a few new options and software fixes for more stable system operation. But if you are still using Windows 11 21H2, update it immediately. Microsoft once again warned about the end of support for it. The end of support, of course, means the end of security patches and greater risk.
Support for the Windows 11 21H2 operating system will end on October 8 this year. This means that users of such operating systems will no longer receive monthly updates. Microsoft naturally asks users to update their operating system as soon as possible. To find out which version of Windows is installed on your device, press the "Windows + R" key, type "winver" (without the quotes) in the "Open" box, and then select "OK".
Microsoft naturally encourages users to switch to the much more modern Windows 11 23H2. With this, he hopes to significantly increase the market share of the new operating system. At the same time, Microsoft will provide a basis for new updates in the near future.
