AOC Q27G20XM: another good monitor for gamers

AOC has introduced the new Q27G20XM monitor, which is currently exclusively available in China. This new 27-inch monitor offers a resolution of 2560 x 1440 and uses mini-LED lighting technology that includes 1152 independent light zones that provide deeper blacks, greater brightness and improved contrast.

It is distinguished by its HDR capabilities, as it offers a standard brightness of 700 cd/m², and in high-contrast scenes it reaches a maximum value of 1000 cd/m², for which it received the DisplayHDR 1000 certificate.

The Q27G20XM supports a high refresh rate of 180Hz via DisplayPort and 144Hz via HDMI, along with a fast gray-to-gray response time of one millisecond. It is compatible with G-Sync and AMD FreeSync technologies, making it a suitable choice for gamers with an Nvidia or AMD graphics card.

It also boasts full sRGB coverage, 99% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, and Adobe RGB color spaces, indicating excellent color accuracy. It offers flexibility in terms of physical settings such as rotation, tilt and height and supports VESA mounting (100 x 100 mm).

Currently, the company has not revealed details about availability or pricing in China. It is also not known if and when AOC plans to introduce the Q27G20XM monitor to the global market.

At the same time, AOC also recently debuted in China a monitor of the same size with a frequency of 260 Hz, but with an IPS panel.
