New Xbox Series X 2024 Coming Soon?

The new Xbox Series X 2024 gaming console (codenamed Brooklin) is increasingly in the spotlight. As everything seems, the new products could be offered for sale already this summer. Indeed, Microsoft recently successfully registered a new game console in South Korea. This one is equipped with sales code 2089.

From the online rumors so far, it is clear that the new gaming console Xbox Series X 2024 will be slightly different compared to the current version. This will be much rounder (cylindrical) and will be launched without an optical disc drive. Online rumors also suggest that the console will have two terabytes of storage (up from one terabyte), and the USB-C port will have the ability to power. They will renovate or make a brand new Xbox controller. A new controller (development code Sebille) will be announced towards the end of the year and will include an advanced accelerator to support gyroscope.

The rest of the rumors about the novelty also remain the same. This means that the new Xbox Series X 2024 gaming console will have two USB-A interfaces, a slot for expanding internal memory, an HDMI interface and support for optical audio. In addition, it is said to support direct cloud connectivity, Bluetooth 5.2, and most likely an updated Xbox Wireless 2 connection. Microsoft also states that they have improved haptic (physical) feedback, and speakers will also be part of the haptic system. The buttons and joysticks should be quieter during use, the battery is replaceable, and the joysticks will also be replaceable. Microsoft is also adding support for Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 to the revamped Xbox Series X console. There will also be changes in the processor. The latter is said to be manufactured with a much more efficient 6nm architecture. This will produce more capacity for less electrical power.

What about the price? The retail price of the new Xbox Series X 2024 gaming console is expected to be relatively affordable. If online rumors are to be believed, we will have to fork out around 460 euros for it in the United States. In the European area, the price should be around 500 euros.
