The new Microsoft Edge with an even better free VPN connection?

Since many extremely popular online services are limited to only areas of major countries, most users flock to services that can remove geo-restrictions. These are programs that establish a virtual VPN network. A VPN connection or service not only hides our identity, but also provides a more secure connection to the company network and the Internet (for example, in a cafe or hotel).

So it's no surprise that Microsoft offers a VPN connection in conjunction with its own Edge browser. It is a Microsoft Edge Secure Network service that uses Cloudflare's infrastructure. The new service from Microsoft is completely free, namely up to one gigabyte of data. Microsoft does record user traffic data, but it is completely anonymous and is securely deleted within 25 hours.

Because the VPN connection within the Edge web browser convinced users, Microsoft decided to increase the amount of free data. This increased from one gigabyte of data to as much as five gigabytes. While this may not sound like much, it will be more than enough for many users. This is for users who need a connection only in exceptional cases. The new limit will be available to all users soon.
