5 Android Apps You Shouldn't Miss This Week (Part 87)
Kemono Friends: Kingdom
Price: Free of charge
Kemono Friends: Kingdom is a story and combat game that, believe it or not, is somewhat similar to Angry Birds. It features gacha elements, which means you'll be collecting different characters, as is common with most mobile JRPGs of late. It's very simple, you shoot the characters at the monsters you find during the adventure. We have to admit that we didn't expect to write about the anime version of Angry Birds, but it's happening too. If you find the description of the game appealing, you might like Kemono Friends: Kingdom.

PDF AI
Price: Free / $10.99 per month
PDF AI is a smart use of AI chatter. This allows you to import a PDF file. When you import PDF files, you can talk about the content with the chat. This includes finding different things, additional information, and interacting in other ways. It is clearly an application that is intended for a certain group of people and most people will not need it very often. Regardless, people who use PDF files frequently will find the app useful. Especially if the files are very large. It's a fairly high subscription app, which is common with most AI apps, so we won't blame the developer for that. Nevertheless, we think that some people will still find this app useful. It is worth noting that it performed well in Android Authority's testing.

Watcher of Realms
Price: Free of charge
Watcher of Realms is a new mobile RPG game with over 2.5 million pre-registrations. That's a pretty impressive number for a new game on the market. It uses many of the same mechanics as other mobile RPG games. It boasts a large collection of characters to collect, then there are various power-up upgrades and of course the story you play through. Combat is a sort of pseudo-defense style where you set up your characters and then enemies rush at you. Watcher of Realms ran smoothly on Android Authority's test devices, but it also has some graphics tweaks for low-end phones. The game looks promising, but it's too early to make a more detailed assessment.

Dice Simulator for Wear OS
Price: Free of charge
Dice Simulator for Wear OS is a simple app with simple functionality. It emulates the various dice that you usually need to play with dice in tabletop RPGs. You simply select the dice you want to roll and the app rolls the dice on your Wear OS device. It's a fun app, but we think most players will prefer to use their own physical dice. In case we don't have our dice at hand, this app does the job well. Android Authority has tested it and it seems to work well. But they haven't tested it enough to know how random the results actually are. Fortunately, Dice Simulator is free.

Beat Op Symphony
Price: Free of charge
Takt Op Symphony is a slightly different kind of mobile RPG than we may be used to. It includes similar elements that we usually see in character summoning, upgrades, and the story we play through. The biggest difference between Takt Op Symphony and other games of this type is its gameplay. You can walk around different environments, solve puzzles and progress through the story. The combat is fairly standard, with a turn-based style that offers simple attack commands and special abilities. The game focuses on music and art, so we're glad it sounds and looks pretty good. It ran smoothly in testing, but we agree with player reviews that it could use some optimization.
